We pride ourselves on being a local owner operator company that is well resourced to offer the best services to our local residential and commercial community.
We have a great team of cleaning professionals that are thoroughly trained in respect to each cleaning task and have each successfully completed all of the necessary safety training
involved, as well as personal security checks.
I have lived in the Herne Bay/Westmere/Pt Chevalier and now we live in Freemans Bay and my children go to local schools in the area. I love being close to Ponsonby action and being part of the community.
I started Neat & Sweet in 2013 after 20 years in marketing roles for various large Retail companies.
Juggling a young family and completing another renovation the idea for the company was borne out of personal experiences with how service trades treated the family home during and after extensive renovations, plus I had a dire need to have clean windows and a clean home to a standard I feel comfortable and happy with. I wanted not only sparkling windows but more importantly people to treat my home with respect so I started Neat & Sweet and have loved every minute.
I spent a lot of time on testing equipment and cleaning materials to find the best possible products on the market, I stand behind what we offer. Neat & Sweet’s team has extensive training to ensure a superior service. I understand the importance of trust, respecting people’s homes and delivering a quality friendly service.
